I have spent ar least 7 hours downloading … deleting... starting over over and over and over RTL-SDR with SDRUno Beginner Guide as my GUIDE... I keep getting the same message on my Toshiba windows 10 64 bit laptop.(ERROR no RSPS found please check ect ect…) if I click on the (extolRTL28323dll. ) I get "you are attempting to open a file system file dll type " PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
